Suggested Priest Changes

Hi,

I feel like priests are under performing overall, could developers take a look at them again ? Holy paladins can simply spam Holy Light with 1.2 sec cast time.

Healing spells:
Power Word Shield is still somewhat weak.
Desperate Prayer is really bad, it's supposed to be life saver.
Penance falls back compared to other heals -> It's better to not even go into disc build due to this, You could simply stack 5 stacks Flexibility and get greater heal with same cast time and with higher output without CD

Damage spells:
Shadow Word Pain needs a buff
Devouring Plague needs a small buff
Mind Flay needs a nerf
Mind Blast needs a buff -> it's not even worth casting it when you compare Mind Blast damage to damage that is done with each Mind Flay tick.

Suggested changes:
Buffing Borrowed Time further
Buffing spell: Desperate Prayer

These are just personal opinions based on current experience.
