Rake - AP ratio increased to 0.07 from 0.06

Moonfire - SP ratio decreased to 0.35 from 0.38
Insect Swarm - SP ratio decreased to 0.37 from 0.40

Healing Touch - SP ratio increased to 1.7 from 1.6

Paladin
Judgement of Vengeance - SP ratio decreased to 0.20 from 0.24
Judgement of Vengeance - AP ratio decreased to 0.14 from 0.15

Hunter
Serpent Sting - AP ratio decreased to 0.065 from 0.08

Death Knight
Blood Plague - AP ratio decreased to 0.12 from 0.132
Frost Fever - AP ratio decreased to 0.12 from 0.132
