[Forum Suggestion] Postcount ranks

Since I noticed the forum was still using the default forumotion userbars, I decided to give it a try and make a few userbars to spice the forum up a bit

This is just a suggestion to make the forum a bit more enjoyable, if you don't like these it's fine. If you however do like these and would like more versions/ adjustments to them feel free to ask

I'm sure at a later date there will be some updates to ranks. I personally feel the gap between the 100>500>1000 posts is a little too much. Wouldn't mind an update on title names either.
